This is a magnificent and beautiful location in Greenport. Btw, it's just a short stroll away from city center.

The location was marvellous and beautiful very close to ferry and met expectations. Moreover, it was so close to Greenports best restaurants and shops, Greenport and Greenport downtown. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with a nice view.

The rooms were amazingly comfortable and beautiful with a nice view of the water, you feel like home. Friendly and very pleasant staff, greeted us with such kindness. The setting was stunning, very close to Greenports best restaurants and shops and close to Greenport downtown and restaurants. Furthermore, so close to everything.

The location was excellent and beautiful for traveling around Greenport, close to Greenports best restaurants and shops as well as Greenport. A cool bonus was nearby Hampton Chocolate Factory, that offered tea and coffee. My room included central heating, TV, and an iron. Private bathroom.

The breakfast was exceptionally nice, the room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally nice with a nice view. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Greenport Antique Carousel.

Tbh, rooms were rather small.

The breakfast served is delicious and adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

The air conditioner in the rooms is centrally controlled by the owner, which may result in occasional discomfort if the room gets too hot.

I had an incredible stay at a charming bed and breakfast overlooking the water. The room was cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views from the front window. The central air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location couldn't have been better - just steps away from the town and all its wonderful shops and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was a delightful addition, providing a delicious start to the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Harbor Knoll and would highly recommend it to others. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience I had during my stay.

My mom and I had the best time at Harbor Knoll! We were in town for the film festival and stayed for a week. The location was perfect, close to the ferry and the best restaurants and shops. Our room overlooked the water and was spacious and comfortable. The front porch and breakfast room were great places to relax. The pool was a bonus. Our host was attentive and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were delicious and the views from the front rooms were amazing. We will definitely be recommending Harbor Knoll to everyone!
